finally a post for this cobweb-filled blog space.
blogging from home.heh.
something's terribly wrong with the internet connection on campus.
may be due to the disruption of the under-sea cables? *shrugs*
had quite abit of trouble trying to post pictures up and all.
to think i thot my laptop was gonna crash and starting saving the truckload of pictures in the hard disk.
bahhh.
this post's gonna be quite random.coz there are 300+ pictures to blog abt and a hundred and one things to mention.
like, christmas has whizzed passed..2006 has come and go..2007 has leapt in..doey has turned a year older.
gahhhhh.

xmas party in hall on some day b4 the year ended.
forgot the actual date coz there are just too many things to get to and to remember ever since i last had a proper blog entry.gee.

had a free buffet supper there.and doey had sth extra.
sth more than the rest of us.
a full tub of ice-cream.shared between qingwei and him.
both of them sabo-ed up to stage to participate in this see-who-finish-the-ice-cream-first contest.haha!
and yes.right.they represented block 70 and got first :))

i do hope 2007 doesnt fail me.

definitely looking forward to more closeness to God.more friendships made.more understanding and peace and love between the doeys(not like there arent now but even more.heh).more time for the family.and an up of the GPA.gee.

i know this is gonna sound very cheena...and traditional or whatever.but i do want the loved ones around me(especially my parents and grandparents) to be very well.

no new year resolutions this year.and i think not anymore for the rest of my life on this earth becoz i always forget abt the resolutions so quickly.doesnt help in making any anymore.really doesnt help just going with the crowd like 'everyone is making resolutions so i follow'.

so the doeys spent new year's eve night with the usuals.

went over to marina square for a meal at genki sushi and then tried beating the crowd just to catch a glimpse of the fireworks.

and could u imagine people started 'camping' at the grasses of marina square as early as 8pm?just to 'chope' a place for them to see the bright lights.

and the rain didnt deter them too?

went down to SRC to support the ruggers at their tournament.

so school started.

in the midst of IH games.intensive practices.

and on the first day of school,went to NIE to get doey's books.

ask me why i need to go there.

to help him lug the books back to hall coz he had lessons in the afternoon.

no rewards for tt :((

first week of school whizzed past.

no tutorials in the first week tho.so it's quite slack.but with cheerleading prac everyday except for friday..it's making my week so packed.and so no-time-and-energy-for-any-revision.boo!but i still love cheerleading :) no one understands the satisfaction i derive from it.maybe he does.maybe.

and 5th of Jan came.

the doeys went for a 3-day getaway at sunny island - sentosa.
to celebrate his turning 23 =]
there in the most-relaxed mode.
and the best times ive had in this term of holidays.(u too?heh.)

woke up super early at 11 on the 5th.
bus-ed and mrt-ed down to harbourfront.

and some grocering for chips and drinks at vivocity-giant :))

checked in at costa sands resort.praying really hard that we've been given a bigger room coz i went the last time with the school camp and the rooms were real minute.

so we dumped our stuffs at a side.and off for lunch.

brought him for some jap cuisine.well.actually.tts my fav food.heh.but since he dint know anything abt the itinerary.he just had to follow me wherever i brought him to.no objections allowed.heh..

then to the luge rides we went.the scenery from above was just breath-taking.but it would have been better if sentosa dint have so many greens(trees).everywhere was just so grassy.'cept for the waters and the blue skies.i love!

went to the underwater world on the second day.ive been wanting to go there since like eons ago.can.and finally! :))

after all that excitement.back to the resort to rest and to get ready for the night surprise.heh.

i wanna be back there again.

to the dolphin lagoon.and to the most southern tip of the continent.

and out to marina square for a meal.with many others.heh.

the hall peeps!had thai express which was remarkably tasty.and i brought my family back there the next day for dinner.heh!
